Chef Hélène Jawhara Piñer

Hélène Jawhara Piñer has a PhD in Medieval History, History of Food and is a Sephardic Chef. She has lectured at Bar-Ilan University, hosted one of the most popular sessions of the Great Big Jewish Food Fest. She is an administrator of the over 18,000-member Sephardi Cuisine! group on Facebook. She published articles in The Forward, Tablet Magazine, Sephardi World Weekly, S&P Central’s newsletter.
