Top your dogs with chopped tomatoes, red onions, cukes, dill pickles, sweet relish, yellow mustard, celery salt and poppy seeds, yes I said poppy seeds. (I know poppy seeds aren't the best "date" or "company" kind of food by hey, we are all family here - just make sure you tell me if I have some stuck between my teeth!)

BIG TIP! How to warm your rolls if your grill overfloweth (with) hot dogs: You can warm the buns by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for about 10 seconds, steaming them briefly in a vegetable steamer or toasting them in your oven.

Serve these doggies with Shoestring French Fries.

Absolute heaven in a potato - cause the best french fries are the ones that are fried twice. But be very careful when using a mandoline cause Hubby sliced a finger along with the fries and our BBQ guests arrived just after the ambulance.
