If there ever comes a time when I desperately need a kitchen staff it's Passover. Not to be greedy, I'd simply settle for a sous chef. But since sadly, I see neither luxury in my future, I'm nominating my 2nd freezer for the job.

A full freezer makes me so happy that I sometimes wrap my arms around the ice box. I respond to my kids shocked and quizzical stares like any sane, pre-Pesach, balabusta, "you'll understand when you're a mommy."
