Noodle Kugel

An easy classic made with noodles, eggs and lots of love.

  • 1 bag no egg noodles I use wide noodles
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 dash salt & pepper


Spray pan with oil. 

Boil noodles until done, about 10-15 minutes. 

Rinse and allow to cool. Slightly beat eggs; add to cooled noodles. 

Add garlic powder, salt and pepper and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown on top. 

This can also be made dairy by adding sour cream and cottage cheese; but reduce the number of eggs by half or it will be too runny.
