1 Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add ground beef; cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into 3/4-inch crumbles and stirring occasionally.2 Remove from skillet with slotted spoon. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until sweet potato is tender.5 Stir in spinach and thyme. Cook 1 minute or until spinach wilts. Season with salt and black pepper, as desired.
