Ingredients
- 4 nips Frangelico
- 4 nips Havana rum
- 2 cups frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup 120-ml cranberry juice
- 1 cup 240-ml sugar syrup
- 12 raspberries
- 4 scoops of ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve in 4 chilled martini glasses garnished with loose cranberries & raspberries on the top. Serve with lime wedges on the rim of the glasses.
