Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl: sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Add wet ingredients (butter, vanilla, 1 egg and orange juice) to dry ingredients and mix with fingers. Combine and form dough into a ball.
Chill for 1-2 hours or up to overnight.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°F.
Roll dough out, cut into circles with a 3-inch cookie cutter (or wine glass).
Add 1 teaspoon of chocolate nut butter to the middle of each circle and pinch three corners to form a triangle.
Wash with egg wash and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, milk and the powdered sugar. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
