Fennel craisin salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bulb fennel cleaned and chopped
  • 2 small cucumbers Israeli-small, chopped
  • ΒΌ cup craisins
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • a pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Place fennel, cucumbers and craisins in a small salad bowl and toss.
  • Mix olive oil and lemon juice in a cup and pour over veggies. Add the pinch of salt and pepper and toss to combine.
