Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 60 ml 2 oz. Gin Mare
  • 1 sprig rosemary 
  • 4 green olives
  • 1 200-ml/7 oz. bottle Fever-Tree Tonic Water
  • Olive Oil Spray 
  • Sea Salt Flakes

Instructions

  •   In a gin glass, place ice and gin.
  •   Add rosemary and olives and top with tonic water.  
  • Spray with oil and sprinkle with salt flakes.
