Ingredients

  • ½ packet Medifast Cappuccino
  • 6 –8 ounces of water
  • ½ packet Medifast Gingerbread So ft Bake

Instructions

  • Mix the Medifast Cappuccino and water well, and microwave for two minutes.
  • Stir in the Medifast Gingerbread Soft Bake until dissolved. Serve immediately. 
  • Per serving: 1 Medifast Meal
