1 1. Preheat over to 3502 2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. 3 3. Add sliced onions and minced garlic and cook 1 minute. 4 4. Add flour, cook 1 minute stirring constantly.5 5. Gradually add milk, salt and pepper, stirring constantly with whisk until blended.6 6. Bring to a boil and cook until thick.7 7. Remove from heat, and add cheeses, stirring until melted.8 8. Mix Rigatoni into cheese sauce, stirring until well blended.9 9. Quickly mix in spinach. Spoon mixture into a 2 qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle bread crumbs.10 10. Bake at 350 for 15 min. or until bubbly (If bread crumbs aren''t browning, I brush them with melted butter and popit until the broil until brown. Will not take more than a few seconds.)
