1 preheat oven to 400 degrees2 cut cauliflower into small florets3 scatter florets on a baking sheet sprinkle with salt cumin and drizzle with olive oil, give it a toss so it is evenly seasoned4 bake for 1 hour or until golden brown5 in a small bowl mix a small amount (1/4 cup) of sesame paste with a fresh squeezed lemon, and finely chopped garlic. add water slowly 1 tbsp at a time until you get a nice smooth mixture that completly drips off the spoon (if it sticks it isnt thin enough)6 after the cauliflower is cooked place in mixing bowl and pour tehini sauce on. mix. enjoy

this is a healthy take on a salad I first tried in a middle eastern resturante, the original was deep fried. you can eat this room temp or cold both are delish!
