Instructions
Fig Hamantashen Dough:
Beat eggs, and add sugar, oil, vanilla, baking powder, salt, and gradually add flour. Mix in figs.
Roll flat on a lightly floured surface and cut into circles.
Caramelized Walnut Filling:
Heat sugar and water over a light flame until sugar is fully dissolved and begins to brown. Add heavy cream and walnuts, and mix.
Place a spoonful of filling in the middle of the circles and pinch to form the hamentash shape.
Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
Cool. Melt white chocolate to drizzle.
