Quick & Simple Pareve Vanilla Frosting
Icing is so simple. feel free to replace the vanilla with any flavor you choose. I personally love using a little mint bartenders syrup! so good and refreshing on brownies!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon margarine, softened
- 2 tablespoon soy-milk
- 3 cup confectioners sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla (or to taste)
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat on medium until blended and fluffy.
