Editor’s Note: This New Years Eve, you can resolve to eat yummy party treats AND stick to your gluten free diet with these impressive party treats that taste just like the real thing!

FRIED MOZZARELLA BALLS

Fried mozzarella always wins over a crowd at a party. I mean, it’s FRIED MOZZARELLA! If you ask me, anything tastes 2 times as good when it’s fried! These Gluten Free Fried Mozzarella Balls are the perfect appetizer to serve to your guests at your New Year’s Eve party, and they will be so impressed that you made it yourself. This recipe uses gluten free breadcrumbs. You can make your ownbreadcrumbs from leftover gluten free bread or buy from the store. For optimal flavor, make sure that they are seasoned.

CHAMPAGNE CUPCAKES

These Gluten Free Champagne Cupcakes are moist and full of champagne flavor! A New Year’s Eve spin on my vanilla cupcakes, there is real champagne in the cake and the frosting. Use Prosecco or bubbly if you don’t have champagne. These light and fluffy cupcakes are a perfect complement to your glass of celebratory champagne or bellini cocktail. If you are trying to avoid alcohol, skip the glass of bubbly and toast to the New Year with cupcakes! For a festive New Year’s Eve decoration, light a sparkler when the clock strikes midnight!
