Forget Brunch… This mom wants dessert on Mother’s Day!
It has become a tradition for children (often with the help of their fathers) to make their mothers breakfast-in-bed on Mother’s Day. But as much as I can go for a stack of pancakes, my real treat would be dessert!!
I can have dessert for breakfast, lunch or dinner; I’m flexible that way. Now of course there is nothing like chocolate to fit the bill – and even a box of Godiva could pass – but as summer approaches, fruit desserts are also appreciated.
