Yield about 12 chips. Serve as is or with a marinara sauce or even salsa.
I liked making or using a ranch seasoning but you can also try za'atar or everything bagel seasoning or any other favorite.

Ingredients

low fat cottage cheese
3% or 5% (250g)
Homemade Ranch Blend optional: 1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried dill, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp coarse ground dried garlic, pinch of black pepper.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment.
Use a large tablespoon to drop mounds of cottage cheese spaced 2 inches apart. .
Sprinkle with ranch seasoning if desired.
Bake for 20-30 minutes. Start checking at 20 minutes—you want them medium brown and toasted.
Crucial: Let them cool fully (20-30 mins) on the tray to crisp up.
