Make sure to check your eggs for blood before using, put in all ingredients (except cheese) and mix well

Get out your pan, either put some butter or olive oil in to make sure the eggs dont stick - put on medium heat

Pour in egg mixture and wait till the sides are cooked, put cheese on and make sure the egg is mostly cooked on the bottom so you can fold the egg over.

Keep flipping until egg is cooked to your liking. Press down with your spatula to make sure the cheese and egg are getting cooked
