EASY omelete

Eggs are great to have in the morning! Stay away from gluten and stick to proteins

  • 3 eggs eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley any type
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon 10% cream or any type of cream you like
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 4 slices cheese


1. Make sure to check your eggs for blood before using, put in all ingredients (except cheese) and mix well

2. Get out your pan, either put some butter or olive oil in to make sure the eggs dont stick - put on medium heat

3. Pour in egg mixture and wait till the sides are cooked, put cheese on and make sure the egg is mostly cooked on the bottom so you can fold the egg over.

4. Keep flipping until egg is cooked to your liking. Press down with your spatula to make sure the cheese and egg are getting cooked

**Tastes great with hot sauce!
