Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup seltzer

Instructions

  • In a tall glass add chocolate syrup and milk and 1/2 cup seltzer.  Stir well with a spoon.  Top off with more seltzer and drink with a straw.
