Special instructions

  • I never had General Tzos or Sesame Chicken until I moved to NYC and ate in the kosher Chinese-American restaurants. I grew up around Vietnamese and Thai restaurants. Whenever we go to a Chinese kosher restaurant, the general tzos and sesame chicken always seem to be one of the most expensive items on the menu and it's never cooked well. I wandered around the web looking for a good recipe worth trying.
