I never had General Tzos or Sesame Chicken until I moved to NYC and ate in the kosher Chinese-American restaurants. I grew up around Vietnamese and Thai restaurants. Whenever we go to a Chinese kosher restaurant, the general tzos and sesame chicken always seem to be one of the most expensive items on the menu and it’s never cooked well. I wandered around the web looking for a good recipe worth trying.

    this recipie i great

    for a healthier option
instead of deep frying the chicken
marinate the chicken in the soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha and hoisin sauce

and saute the chicken till it’s cooked thru and then add the sauce on top enjoy!!!!!
