1 Heat oil in pan over medium low heat. Add giblets and onion. 2 Add broth, bay leaf and parsley, simmer for 2 hours while turkey is cooking. 3 Straing broth and chop up giblets, set aside. 4 Heat turkey drippings over medium heat, sprinkle flour on top and stir until bronwed. Whisk in broth until mixed. Simmer and add giblets to serve. 5 If the mixture is not thick enough mix a little bit of cornstarch or arrowroot with some of the gravy in a cup and then pour it in to thicken.
