Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds chuck roast brisket, french roast or minute roast
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup duck sauce

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients inside the Instant Pot. 
  • Pressure cook on high for 45 minutes.
