- 3-4 pounds chuck roast, brisket, french roast or minute roast
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup duck sauce
1. Place all ingredients inside the Instant Pot.
2. Pressure cook on high for 45 minutes.
