Radish Scallion Sesame Seeds Slaw

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 bunch radishes thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
  • 3 scallions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Manischewitz honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  • Toast sesame seeds: Pour sesame seeds in a single layer in a  frying pan and allow to toast on medium heat for a few minutes.  Keep an eye on seeds so they do not burn. Alternatively, place  seeds in a baking pan and bake in the oven at 350°F for a few minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients. Slaw can be made up to 48 hours before serving.
