    LOVE this info-graphic! I love to incorporate spices into everything, but often get into a rut (like basil=bruschetta or cilantro=salsa) so I love this, we could almost play Herb Spin the Bottle!

    Nicely done. I already printed out for future references.

    I love herbs and buy them often, both fresh and dried.

    My problem has always been finding how herbs combine with each other. Most of the time I either only use one, or end up mixing lots of them, which will always produce the same flavor with rosemary overpowering everything.

    Now I saw that rosemary should only be combined with oregano thyme.

    Thank you so much!!
