Watermelon Mint Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 whole watermelon cubed
  • 2 tablespoon or to taste chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 lemon or lime

Instructions

  • Either cube watermelon or use a melon baller and toss with some fresh chopped mint and a squeeze of lemon and/or lime juice for a bit of a zing. Fancy it up with slivered lemon rind.

    LOL!!!! I totally love what you did!!! I am obsessed with fruit salsas and always add something sharp/with a kick like red onion or scallion or even a jalapeno pepper and something acidic like lemon or lime juice or vinegar to keep it from feeling too one dimensional and like a fruit salad!!!

    made this last Shabbos and added a splash of balsamic and red onion. It sounded strange but the taste was amazing.
