    I would make this kabobs. I love the idea of mixing figs and balsamic vinegar. I am a big fan of skinless chicken and this recipe looks amazingly healthy.

    I would do grilled asparagus, potatoes and eggplant and then the Tuna Kebabs with Cranberry and Lime Juice are making my mouth water and it is not nearly lunchtime yet!

    I would make Grilled Chicken Mango Salad! I love mangos. This sounds easy enough, delicious and healthy.

    If I got this grill I wouldn’t just make one dish – I would make a meal. Three of them use the grill. Here’s the menu:
