I see my earlier post lost its URL…so once again:

My backyard BBQ is fleishig, but pizza off the grill is SO worth it that I’ve bought disposable grills to make cheese pizzas, or made meatball pizza on my meat grill. Having a milchig grill for indoor pizza making would be awesome.

I am dreaming of owning the Cuisinart Griddler Grill Centro and I would grill so many things on it. But first I would have to try the grilled steak with mango salsa which you can find the recipe for it at: http://joyof.kosher.com/recipe/grilled-steak-with-mango-salsa/
