Marilynn and Sheila Brass

Marilynn and Sheila Brass are the authors of Heirloom Baking with the Brass Sisters, a finalist for the James Beard Award in the Dessert and Baking category, and Heirloom Cooking with the Brass Sisters.  Both of their cookbooks were selected as one of the best 25 cookbooks of the year by Food & Wine Magazine, which referred to them as “Dessert Geniuses.”  They have hosted their own specials on PBS, (The Brass Sisters, Queens of Comfort Food) and the Cooking Channel (The Brass Sisters Celebrate The Holidays). They appear regularly on NPR's All Things Considered- Found Recipes, and in the NPR blog The Salt. They live in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
