Pastrami-Ranch Potato Latkes

It is common practice to serve dairy foods on Hanukkah because of the story of Judith.  But we know that not everyone likes to serve dairy, in fact, if you serve dairy you miss out on the chance to add meat to your latkes.  We can’t have that!!!

There are 8 nights of Hanukkah, for just one of the nights we offer up this meat menu we know you will remember.

PASTRAMI RANCH POTATO LATKES

Start your meal with these bite sized pastrami latkes!!! Make extra, everyone will be going crazy over these babies.  These will be the star of the night.

STUFFED MATZO BALL DIPPERS

Let these stuffed matzo ball fried appetizer share the spotlight to make your Hanukkah menu really over the top.  Don’t miss the brisket stuffed option so they can compete.
