Asian Apricot Glaze

This glaze is also delicious over chicken, or used as a dipping sauce for fried wontons.

  • 3/4 cup ServingsServings


  • ½ cup spreadable apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons ume plum vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1½ teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper


In a small bowl, whisk together jam, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and pepper. Set aside until ready to use.
