- ½ cup spreadable apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons ume plum vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1½ teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together jam, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and pepper. Set aside until ready to use.
