- 2 cup brown rice
- Vegetables, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Preparation
Cook brown rice according to package directions.
Sauté strips of desired vegetables (such as onions, peppers, mushrooms, scallions, broccoli, zucchini, or carrots) until tender.
Add rice and toss with soy sauce.
