  • 1 fully-ripened avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 cup ice


1. In blender, combine avocado, milk, pineapple, sugar and salt; blend until smooth.

2. Add ice; whirl until ice is crushed.
