Avocado Toasted Bagel Breakfast

Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 1 bagel, toasted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Jamie Geller Za'atar plus more for sprinkling.
- Omelette
- Garnish: Jamie Geller Harissa mixed with olive oil
Preparation
1. Make avocado rose by cutting avocado in half and peeling away the skin. Thinly slice the avocado and carefully spread them out vertically. Carefully roll around to form a rose.
2. Combine olive oil with za'atar. Spread oil over toasted bagel, top with omelette, avocado rose and drizzle with harissa and sprinkle with za'atar.
