- 1 large potato
- 1 cup coarsely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 sprigs thyme, chopped
Preheat oven to 400℉.
1. Peel and grate potato into a medium bowl. Add parmesan cheese and thyme, toss well.
2. Line a sheet pan with a non stick mat or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
3. Use a metal cylinder to form potato mixture into even circles on prepared pan. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
