If you’re looking for a creamy sauce without the cream, this cauliflower cream sauce is perfect for you! For some extra tang, I added Gold’s Barbecue Sauce to the cauliflower mixture. You can pour this sauce over pasta, vegetables or pretty much anything you can think of!

BBQ Cauliflower Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup Gold’s bbq sauce divided
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon coconut milk or soy milk
Instructions
- Bring the vegetable broth, barbecue sauce, cauliflower, garlic, butter and salt to a boil over medium-high heat. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer the mixture for 15 minutes.
- Blend the boiled cauliflower with a hand blender or in a food processor. Add the coconut milk while blending.
- Pour the cream sauce over vegetables, pasta or anything else you can think of!











Sure, it won’t be as creamy as coconut milk but will be good
can I use almond milk?
That’s so funny! I never thought about that. The cauliflower is in the cream sauce and the broccoli is just an accent.
The reicipe says cauliflower but the photo shows Broccoli. Which is it?
