Refreshing blackberry salsa with tomatoes and onion. You can add strawberries as well.

- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries washed
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 serrano peppers, minced fine
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped, seeded tomato
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped cilantro
- Pinch salt
1. Gently combine all the salsa ingredients, carefully leaving the blackberries almost whole.
2. Allow to chill for at least 1 hour.
