  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 scallions chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary leaves
