Breaded Chickpeas

  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 tablespoon Canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Panko Bread Crumbs


Give a good wash to a can of garbanzo beans to eliminate the preservatives in the water it comes in. Put them in a deep bowl. Add the oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder and panko bread crumbs to the bowl. Mix until all the garbanzo beans are coated well.
Put on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes depending on how crunchy you want the garbanzo beans to be. Let cool for 3-5 minutes and enjoy!
