Chicken with Duck Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Cut up in 1/8ths
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 2 Potatoes Cubed
- 1 Sweet Potato Cubed
- 1 Red Pepper Chopped
- 1 Yellow Pepper Chopped
- 1 Jar of Gold's Duck Sauce
- 1 Salt To taste
- 1 Ground Pepper To taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 dash paprika To taste
Preparation
Saute onions until golden. Add peppers and cook until soft. Pour Gold's Duck sauce into pot with onions and peppers and cook for 10 minutes. Put potato and sweet potato cubes into separate pan. Place chicken on top of potatoes. Pour sauce over chicken and potatoes. Cook covered in oven at 350 degrees for two hours.
