Chinese Chicken with Brocoli
this is a tangy sweet and spicy dish, i use a premade sweet chili sauce to save time, its a quick way to enjoy chinese at home! i serve this over plain white rice.

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken breast
- 1 head of brocolli
- 2 1/2 cups Water
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 tblsp soy sauce
- 1 tblspn rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup Corn starch
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tblsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 Cup Oil

Preparation
1 place your wok on the stove on high heat.
2 cut chicken into small pieces the size of your pinky.
3 make coating for chicken, by mixing 1 cup water, 2 tblsp soy sauce, 1/4 cup corn starch and 1/4 cup flour.
4 throw all of the chicken pieces in the batter and let sit. (i usually start the rice on the stove at this time)
5 make sauce by adding 1 cup chili sauce, 1 cup water, 2 tblspn soy, 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar. bring to a boil.
6 stir 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup corn starch until there is no lumps and add to sauce bring to a boil stir and turn off burner.
7 once wok is really really hot, reduce to med heat and add 1/3 cup of oil, once the oil is hot add the chicken in 3 batches, tossing or flipping it once browned on each side, remove to a seperate plate
8 chop brocoli into small finger tip size pieces. once the chicken has all been cooked and removed throw brocoli in wok adding 1 tblsp of sesame oil and toss until cooked (about 5 min)
9 once teh brocoli is cooked add the chicken back to it and dump sauce on top, stir and serve up, enjoy!
