Ingredients
- 1 bag Rice noodles cooked to al dente
- 1 bunch Fresh baby spinach chopped
- 1 bunch Bock choy chopped
- 4 medium Bell peppers chopped
- 2 medium Broccoli crowns chopped
- 1 bag Snap peas
- 10 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 4 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 4 tablespoon Chili Oil
- 3 tablespoon Fresh Ginger
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
Preparation
Mix together soy sauce, oils, ginger, garlic and pepper flakes. Pour over chopped ingredients and noodles. Mix. Salt and Pepper to taste.
