Energy drink, smoothie, milk shake - no matter what you call it, this chocolate drink will give you a lift. The orange pieces add the extra tang.

- 1 orange peeled, quartered and cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup crushed ice
1. Combine orange pieces, chocolate syrup, milk, and ice in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a tall glass and serve. Makes 1 serving
