Cinnamon Chocolate Chia Pudding
Chia is an ancient superfood only recently recognized for its nutritional value for being high in fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and many vitamins and minerals.
It's super easy to make into a delicious pudding you can serve for a healthy dessert and filling breakfast. No cooking needed!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons date honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 banana sliced
Preparation
1. Add milk, chia, cocoa, honey, cinnamon, and salt to a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously to combine.
2. Let rest covered in the fridge overnight to achieve a pudding like consistency.
3. Serve chilled with desired toppings, such as strawberries and bananas.
