Once you make a big batch of my cold brew coffee extract you can use it for more than just your morning cup of Joe. This sweet afternoon treat will come together in minutes and give you the energy you need to get through the afternoon slump.
- Prep Time
- 2 ounces cold brew extract
- 5 ounces half and half
- 2 ounces chocolate syrup
- Garnishes: dash of vanilla extract, shaved chocolate, whipped cream, side-car of ice cream, ounce of coffee liqueur, rum... (the mind reels at the possibilities!)
1. Stir coffee, half and half, and chocolate syrup together. Serve over ice, add garnish, and smile smugly!
