Ingredients

  • 3 medium radishes
  • 1 bunch chives optional
  • 3 hard boiled egg
  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 jar Gold’s Borscht

Instructions

  • Chop all ingredients. Mix them in the bowl. Add Cold Gold’s Borscht into the bowl. Add salt and pepper.
  • For Milchig add serve with sour cream For Parev use Mayo

    Ok, I hear that, I still believe in shortcuts and ability to doctor store bought foods up sometimes. Like right now I am in a tiny kitchen with only a few pots and pans and one knife and cutting board and it helps to have recipes like these to work from.

    My comment is simply intended to point out that a “recipe” for borscht that uses as its basis bottled borscht is no recipe at all. Borscht starts with beets, water, lemon, onion and a few other ingredients. Not some bottle, faux borscht product. This is the wrong place for that.
