Croissant, Lox and Cream Cheese
Instead of a bagels, lox and cream cheese, we are trying a croissant, lox and cream cheese today and adding an egg to take it totally over the top. Who's with us?

- Croissant
- Cream cheese
- Sliced cucumber
- Lox
- Arugula
- Egg
Preparation
1. Slice open a croissant. Spread with cream cheese. Layer with sliced cucumber and lox. Top with arugula and then a freshly fried egg.
2. Slice open and serve immediately.
