Croissant, Lox and Cream Cheese

Instead of a bagels, lox and cream cheese, we are trying a croissant, lox and cream cheese today and adding an egg to take it totally over the top.  Who's with us? 

It's not much of a recipe but we hope it inspires your next family breakfast or brunch, the best part is that you can make it easily for 1 or many.

  • Cream cheese
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Lox
  • Arugula
  • Egg


1. Slice open a croissant.  Spread with cream cheese. Layer with sliced cucumber and lox.  Top with arugula and then a freshly fried egg.  

2. Slice open and serve immediately.
