Servings

1 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of square bread any kind
  • 2 slices of Tnuva Muenster Sliced Cheese
  • Tnuva Butter
  • 2 tablespoons of Grated Tnuva Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  • Place the sliced cheese between two slices of bread.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan on a medium flame and fry the grilled cheese toast until it’s golden brown on both sides. Then, remove from the pan.
  • Spread the grated mozzarella cheese in the center of the frying pan and fry until it is melted. Put the toast on the melted mozzarella cheese for about 1 minute until the melted mozzarella cheese makes the toast golden brown. Slowly & gently remove the toast so that thin strings of cheese from the pan emerge with the toast. Hold for about 30 seconds till the last strings of cheese harden & serve.
